Description
Topkrete Penetra Seal is a premium-grade, cementitious crystalline waterproofing coating designed to permanently protect concrete structures. When applied to dampened concrete, Topkrete Penetra Seal penetrates into the substrate and reacts with moisture and unhydrated cement particles to form insoluble crystalline structures. These crystals block micro-capillaries and hairline cracks up to 0.4mm, providing a long-lasting, integral waterproofing barrier.
